He needed a hair cut - I know he did! For the summer he REALLY needed less hair (he's really been struggling with heat rash, especially this week). We've been talking about doing it for weeks and finally today was the day. Gregg cut my baby's hair, not just a little but a couple of inches came off! It was necessary but I really liked his hair the way it was so while it's still cute I'm a little sad today that my baby is growing up...BEFORE: This picture was taken yesterday (yes, he's sitting in the dishwasher)...
